Order Cancellation & Modifications

We are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once your order is placed as orders go immediately into processing by our warehouse.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for all items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

We accept returns by mail. Currently, we do not offer returns in-store or at kiosks.

  1. Contact Us: Start a return by contacting us via the form here. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Return Label: We do not include return labels in the initial shipment. You will need to create your own return label.
  5. Ship Your Return: Use your preferred shipping method to send the package to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exchanges

For exchanges, initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once we've confirmed receipt and acceptance of your return, place a new order for the item you prefer. This method ensures you receive your desired item promptly.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the outcome of your refund request. For returns due to a change of mind, we offer store credit. For defective, damaged, or not as described items, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, aligning with our commitment to minimize environmental impact by reducing unnecessary shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Refund of Shipping Cost

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.
