Oono Backpack One-Year Limited Warranty

Oono ("Company") provides this One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of any Oono backpack ("Product") purchased directly from Oono. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase. Purchases made before October 10, 2024 will continue to be covered under the previous Limited Lifetime Warranty terms.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

DURATION

This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase for all Oono backpacks. For backpacks purchased before October 10, 2024, the previous Limited Lifetime Warranty will apply.

SCOPE

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, either (1) repair the Product or (2) replace the Product.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Damage due to misuse, accident, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Products that have been altered or physically changed in any way.

CLAIM PROCESS

To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service department [here]. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect are required. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the Company, and repaired or replaced Products will be returned at the Company's expense. Delay or failure to report an issue promptly may void the warranty. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES

This One-Year Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

The Company is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages. In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.

TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL AND STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
