Why doesn’t the backpack include a TSA lock anymore?

We removed the TSA lock to make the backpack more efficient and reliable. Many customers found the TSA lock finicky and unnecessary, so we've upgraded to lockable zippers for enhanced security and flexibility. This change keeps your gear safe while allowing for a lighter, more streamlined travel experience.

What is the backpack made from?

The backpack is made of scratch-proof, water-resistant recycled TPU 1680D Oxford fabric and YKK zippers.

What size water bottle can it fit?

The bottle holder can hold up to 25 oz water bottle.

Does the backpack fit under the plane seat?

Our backpack should slide under most airline seats easily. It's always a good idea to check your airline's specific requirements, especially for international flights.

What's the difference between the 20L and 36L backpack?

The 20L backpack is great for 2-3 days of clothing, perfect for short trips or daily use, while the 36L can hold 5-7 days of clothing, ideal for longer trips. The 36L also features a detachable waist strap for added comfort when carrying heavier loads.

So, if you're looking for a compact option for light packing, the 20L is ideal. But if you need more storage space and extra comfort features for longer journeys, the 36L is the better choice.

How can I clean or wash the backpack?
