You will receive the latest Oono Backpack V3.5 as shown on the image gallery.
Some photos and videos show the previous V3 model, which we continue to display because the core layout, size, and use-cases remain the same. The V3.5 builds on that proven design with a series of functional and material upgrades.

What’s different in V3.5 compared to the original V3?

The V3.5 includes the following updates:

Is the overall size or capacity different in the V3.5?

No. The 20L capacity, internal layout, and carry profile remain consistent with the original V3. The V3.5 focuses on refinement rather than redesign.

Is the Oono Backpack carry-on compliant?

Yes. The Oono Backpack V3.5 is designed to meet carry-on requirements and fits in overhead lockers on most airlines. It also fits under the seat on many flights, depending on how fully it’s packed.

What size laptop does it fit?

The padded laptop compartment fits laptops up to [17 inches], with a deeper sleeve added in V3.5 for improved protection and stability.

Is this backpack suitable for work as well as travel?

Yes. The Oono Backpack is designed for both professional and travel use, with a clean exterior, structured build, and organized interior that works just as well in meetings as it does in transit.

How much can it carry?

It’s built to handle daily carry comfortably and can fit enough clothing, tech, and essentials for 2–3 days of travel, depending on how you pack.

Does it have security features?

Yes. The backpack includes hidden pockets for valuables, a discreet cash and card pocket on the shoulder strap, and lockable zippers on the main compartment compatible with a travel lock.

What is your return policy?

If it’s not right for you, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the backpack is unused and in original condition. Conditions apply.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The Oono Backpack V3.5 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty. If a manufacturing or material fault occurs under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your backpack.

Is the backpack shown in videos exactly the V3.5?

Some videos show earlier versions of the Oono Backpack. The V3.5 maintains the same overall form and use while incorporating internal refinements and material upgrades.
